When is it time to look sideways and start looking for your next chapter? I would say just about when you are questioning or feeling something is not right in your current life.
This weekend I had so much clarity on what I really want and what is the reason I am here. I know it has taken me a long time to figure this out but hey this is my journey and I am the only one who decides when and how I do things.
I heard a beautiful lady say to all new future women in tech “if you are different, use that to make the difference”. And this is something I have been doing for the last few years indeed, sharing my light with others, telling them that it is possible, using my life as an example.
The more I have helped the more I have grown and this is what I am telling you today, find your purpose. It is OK to be scared, it is OK to feel like you can’t do it, but something you need to remember is that no dream is too big. If you already have it inside your heart it is because you have what it takes to make it happen. You just need to go for it and all the strength, creativity you need will come but the most important thing you need to do, is be YOU.
People won’t buy your products they will buy from you, because of your story, because of your personality, because of YOU.
People won’t hire you only based on your qualifications, they will hire YOU and all that amazing package that comes with you: your personality, experience and skills.
