3 Tips to Improve Your Mood When You're Feeling Down, Mum!

My life is not every day like my insta feed but my insta feed reflects my happy side, my creative life, the one that I look at when I feel crap, when I am sad, in those moments when I think I am hopeless, worthless that I shouldn’t be here…
I open this blog, I open my instagram feed and I say to myself look “you have happy moments” “you can create nice compositions” “you love photography” “you love design” “you are good at styling” “you are fighting💪 and that ugly side of your mind is not going to win today”! And yeah it works for me. ⁣

My advice:⁣

  1. Find things that make you happy and do them over and over again. ⁣
  2. Find places that make you happy or change your mood, and go there when you need it. ⁣
  3. Print photos of:
  • the places you love.
  • happy moments with your family
  • the work you do.⁣
And have them around the house, on the fridge, on your vision board, on your insta, facebook, whatever you can see them often so they can keep you motivate and hold you accountable.⁣

In my case, I love this lake (Pink lake in Victoria) and I visit it when I need it.
